AI and service providers

Relevant content may be processed by OpenAI to generate product responses. Supabase and Vercel provide database and hosting infrastructure for IdentityOS. We do not sell member data or use it to build advertising profiles, and other members cannot see your private data.

Data retention and deletion

You can permanently delete your account from your account page. This removes your personal records from the live product. Limited anonymous, content-free operational records may remain, and previously made backups or provider-side copies may age out according to the documented retention behavior described in how your conversations are handled.

Your choices

You choose whether to use IdentityOS. You can delete your account and associated live data through the account controls above, or contact support with privacy questions.

Children

IdentityOS is not intended for people under 18.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as IdentityOS changes. The current version will remain publicly available, and material changes will apply prospectively.
