IdentityOS Terms of Service

What IdentityOS is

IdentityOS is an AI-assisted self-development and educational software experience designed to help users recognize recurring patterns in how they interpret situations, choose a desired way of operating, and rehearse decisions from that perspective.

IdentityOS is not therapy, medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, or another licensed professional service.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and maintaining the security of your account.

Your IdentityOS account is intended for your personal use and may not be sold, transferred, or shared for unauthorized commercial access.

Membership and Billing

IdentityOS membership is $24.99 USD per month.

If a membership is canceled, expires, or lapses, a returning member will be charged the then-current price or any promotion available at the time they rejoin.

Your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method associated with your membership until you cancel it.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals. You'll retain access through the end of your current paid billing period.

Permanently deleting your account is different: any active subscription is canceled immediately, access ends at once, and unused time is not automatically refunded or prorated.

Promotional pricing, trials, introductory offers, or other special offers may occasionally be available. Any special pricing or timing terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

Payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe. IdentityOS does not need to receive or store your full payment-card information.

Free trial, billing and cancellation

IdentityOS begins with a 7-day free trial. No payment is taken when you start.

You provide a payment method to begin the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.

If you do not cancel, your membership begins automatically at the end of the trial and is billed at the then-current price, renewing monthly until canceled.

Cancelling after a payment has been taken stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund a charge already made, except where required by law.

AI-generated content

IdentityOS uses artificial intelligence to generate observations, questions, character descriptions, rehearsal conversations, and other content.

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect.

You remain responsible for deciding what fits your experience and what actions you take in your own life.

IdentityOS is designed to propose possibilities for your recognition and judgment, not to replace them.

Your content

You retain ownership of the information, writing, responses, and other original material you provide to IdentityOS.

You give IdentityOS permission to process that content as necessary to provide the service to you.

Our collection, storage, and handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

IdentityOS content and intellectual property

The IdentityOS software, design, prompts, methodology, written material, branding, statement libraries, character systems, and other original IdentityOS materials remain the property of IdentityOS and its owner.

Purchasing access gives you permission to use the service for your own personal purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the IdentityOS system or its intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You may not use IdentityOS to:

• interfere with or compromise the service
• attempt unauthorized access to another member's account or data
• copy, resell, or commercially redistribute protected IdentityOS materials
• use the service for unlawful activity

Availability

We work to keep IdentityOS available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The service may occasionally be changed, maintained, suspended, or updated.

Limitation of responsibility

IdentityOS provides tools for reflection, recognition, and rehearsal.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, relationships, health, finances, and other real-world outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, IdentityOS and its operator are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as IdentityOS develops.

Material changes will apply prospectively and the current version will remain publicly available.
